• At the beginning we confirm that the found object is in fact the item being searched for. An appropriate expert analysis is carried out by specialists in the specific field. This a condition of resitutional activities being carried out.
• The next step (in most cases) is preparation of a restitution application.
• The final step is negotiations with the possessor of the item. Depending on the legal situation of the object and the attitude of the possessor, the negotiations finish with the unconditional return of the item or settlement. The paramount aim of our activities is the return of the work of art to Poland.
